Route Access:
Full access to the M4 Motorway from Suncoast (Moses Mabhida Lawn) to Portland Drive, uMhlanga Rocks.
Access points: Moses Mabhida Lawn, Portland Drive, and 7 on-ramps along the M4.
Exit points: Any of the 8 off-ramps along the M4.
Park-and-ride locations will be communicated via social media and email.
Water points and activations at all on-ramps and off-ramps.
Event Format
Cycling Time: 4 hours (05H00 – 09H00 | *Choose your own distance)
Sweep Vehicle: Departs at 08:30
Full Lap Distance: 36 km – complete as many laps as possible in 4 hours
Shorter Turnaround Options: 11 km, 16 km, and 22 km at selected off-ramps
Support: Water points and activations throughout the route
Post-Ride Activities – Moses Mabhida Lawn (07:00 – 10:00)
