Giba Mountain Bike Park played host to Dirt School's annual I Love Boobies Ride on 5 October 2024, a charity event aimed at raising awareness and funds for breast cancer testing. This popular event always attracts riders of all ages and skill levels, making it a great opportunity for families and friends to come together for a fun-filled morning while supporting a worthy cause.
The ride featured various routes to cater to different fitness levels, from leisurely family rides to the waterfall to slightly more challenging trails. Shongweni Cycling Club members came out in full support of the event with many of them riding into Giba from the Durban Shongweni Club wearing pink ribbons in memory of Louise Perry.
After the ride the entrants enjoyed catching up over a delicious breakfast and coffee - all provided as part of their ride entrance fee, with some lucky draw prizes dished out to riders.
The I Love Boobies Ride is a fantastic way to support a vital cause while enjoying a morning out on the Giba Mountain Bike Park trails. Be sure to support the next I Love Boobies ride.
